More and more I am loving the act of dancing for the expression of it, for the love of it, for the feels... My journey of reclaiming feeling good in my body began a few years ago when I started teaching a class called Shakti Flow.
Through the regular practice of meeting myself on the mat. Showing up.
Playing in my body by with different dance.
Challenging my body by with fitness.
Caring for my body with yoga.
What happened and continues to happen is not just a transformation of my body, but a transformation of how I feel in and about my body. Strengthening the connection and love for the greatest gift and tool that I have. I am so curious about this work. Much love to everyone struggling with loving their body.
